Most lines come in several sizes, from tabletop pots to extra large planters, and nest for shipping. Send us a drawing or a sample and we will make the mould for your own design.

Production process
How our fiberstone planters are made, in eight steps
Every piece is laid up by hand. The caster signs the inside of each planter with a worker ID, so any defect can be traced back to the line.
- 01
Mixing
Unsaturated polyester resin is blended with stone powder in our mixing room. A typical mix is about 41.5% resin and 55% stone by weight.
- 02
Hand lay-up casting
Release agent, tinted resin coat, stone dust surface, then fiberglass mat for strength. Rims and bases are filled by hand.
- 03
Rough grinding
Edges are trimmed and ground flat, and drainage holes are drilled.
- 04
Inner coating
The inside is sealed with a resin and stone-grit coat.
- 05
Filling
Pinholes and seams are filled and sanded so the surface is even before paint.
- 06
2K spray painting
A two-component topcoat gives the colour and a protective layer for outdoor use.
- 07
Finishing & QC
Each piece is checked against the approved sample. Minor flaws are touched up; serious ones go back a step.

Packing
Labels and barcodes applied, pieces padded in export cartons and palletised to prevent movement in transit.

What we check on every planter before it ships
These are the quality standards we hold every order to, from the first sample to the loaded container. If a piece does not meet them, it does not ship. Other criteria can be agreed for your order.

Approved sample before production
We make a sample or colour chip for your approval. Mass production starts only after you sign it off.

Matches the approved sample
Every piece is compared with the colour sample or chip you approved before production.
- Surface
No cracks, pinholes or runs
Pinholes and seams are filled and sanded before paint. Each piece is inspected by eye after finishing.
- Topcoat
UV- & scratch-resistant 2K paint
A two-component topcoat resists UV fading and scratches, and protects the surface against sun and rain.
- Structure
Fiberglass-reinforced body
Every piece has a woven fiberglass layer. Large pieces are reinforced with steel bars, and square pieces get extra fiberglass.

3 mm or more
Wall thickness starts at 3 mm and increases with the size of the piece.
- Rim
Reinforced rims on square pieces
Zinc hooks at the corners, roving along the rim and two extra fiberglass layers inside.

The inside is coated with resin and stone grit before painting.

Withstands temperatures from −20 °C to +60 °C. We guarantee against frost damage for 10 years.

The worker who cast each piece puts their staff number inside it, so any fault can be traced.

Reworked, not hidden
Minor flaws are touched up. Serious ones go back to an earlier step; they are never painted over and shipped.
- Inspection
Third-party inspection welcome
You can send your own QC team or an inspection company to check goods before shipment.
- Packing
Padded, labelled, palletised
Pieces are padded against movement, each carton carries two barcode labels, and cartons are palletised. Standard export packing by default; e-commerce packing to ISTA requirements can be arranged on request.
- Reporting
Photos at every stage
You receive production photos during the run and loading photos before the container is sealed.

What is a fiberstone planter?
A fiberstone planter is made from resin mixed with stone powder and reinforced with fiberglass. It looks like natural stone or concrete but is much lighter and does not crack as easily.
Are your planters suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. Every planter gets a UV- and scratch-resistant 2K topcoat, withstands temperatures from −20 °C to +60 °C and carries a 10-year frost warranty. Drainage holes are pre-drilled, or left closed on request.
Do you make custom planters (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. Send a drawing, photo or sample. We make the master and mould, then send a sample or colour chip for your approval before production.
Do you offer a warranty and third-party inspection?
Yes. Planters carry a 2-year product warranty and a 10-year frost warranty. You are welcome to send a third-party inspector before shipment, and other quality criteria can be agreed for your order.
Which colours are available?
Standard finishes include matt black, dark grey, grey, white, ivory, weathering steel and gloss metallic. We also match custom colours to your sample or code.
Where do you ship from?
We ship FOB from Ho Chi Minh City (Cat Lai or Cai Mep port) in 20' and 40' HQ containers, with a full export document set and certificate of origin.
