What we guarantee

• 2-year product warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, from the date of shipment.
• 10-year frost warranty. Our fiberstone and fiberglass planters are made to withstand temperatures from −20 °C to +60 °C. We guarantee them against cracking caused by frost for 10 years from the date of shipment.

What is not covered

• Damage from impact, dropping, misuse or improper handling and installation.
• Damage caused by modification, drilling or repairs not carried out or approved by us.
• Normal wear and tear, and small variations in colour or texture that are typical of hand-made products.
• Transport damage after the goods have passed the ship's rail under FOB terms (this is covered by your cargo insurance).

How to make a claim

Email cuong@cuongthinhmeraki.com with your order or invoice number, the model and quantity affected, and clear photos of the defect. If you can, include a photo of the maker ID inside the piece – it lets us trace the piece back to the production line.

We review every claim promptly. Accepted claims are settled by replacement in your next shipment or by a credit note, as agreed with you.

Warranty terms written into your sales contract or proforma invoice take precedence over this page.
