Buying questions

Anything else, ask us when you request a quote.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Usually 50–100 pieces per model, depending on the size and design. Ask us for the MOQ of a specific item.

What are your payment terms?

30% deposit by bank transfer (T/T) to start production, and the 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading.

How much does a new mould cost?

It depends on the size and complexity of the design. We quote the mould fee for each project after we see your drawing, photo or sample.

How long does production take?

About 30–45 days after the deposit is received and the sample or colour chip is approved. A new design needs about 3–4 weeks more for the master, mould and sample.
